Sparks Collaborative Results is deeply dedicated to collaborating with nonprofits to establish sustainable revenue streams, fostering a culture of philanthropy/a culture of service across all organizational levels. We prioritize assessing current revenue streams, devising revenue growth strategies, and nurturing enduring partnerships with external stakeholders for ongoing and future potential revenue streams.

Our approach is centered on cultivating long-term relationships and empowering our clients to amplify their impact within their communities. Notably, 75% of our current nonprofit clients are led by BIPOC (Black/Brown, Indian/Indigenous, People of Color) women who collaborate directly with SCR to enhance their revenue generation efforts, thereby enabling them to better fulfill their missions and uplift the communities they serve.

With a team of part-time Independent Consultants, many who have been in the field for 20+ years each, and boasting extensive experience across various sectors, including private, state, national, and government realms, we are well-equipped to support our clients' diverse needs for generating revenue. Our team composition underscores our commitment to diversity, with 88% female, 50% Black and Brown, and 6% LGBTQ+ representation. For our long-term clients, 25% have remained clients for 5+ years. Nearly 40% have been clients for 2+ years.
