AFP’s I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access) initiative aims to create a fundraising profession that is not only diverse but also inclusive and equitable.

Even if you aren't participating in the challenge, this is a safe space each month to explore these concepts and advance our I.D.E.A. efforts. We invite you to join us in this journey.
We will meet on the second Thursday of the month at 9 AM to discuss what we have been learning and taking action on through the challenge. Join us in the challenge to promote equity.
