Director of Development, Leadership Annual Giving

This role leads the team who cultivates and solicits philanthropic support for university priorities by establishing and developing relationships with supporters in identified geographic regions and/or affinity-based groups. (S)he demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of university priorities and develops and implements fundraising strategies in managing an individual portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects. The Director creates a coaching culture of personal accountability to achieve success. This position has the opportunity to work in a hybrid work arrangement, with time worked both on campus as well as remotely.
