Job Summary:

The Director of Foundations will oversee and manage relationships with private foundations (operating, individual and/or corporate), ensuring effective communication and collaboration to secure funding for Marquette University. The role involves identifying potential funding opportunities, defining and driving funding strategies, crafting compelling proposals, and managing ongoing awards to ensure compliance and successful outcomes. Additionally, the Director of Foundations will work closely with faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to align funding initiatives with the university’s strategic goals and priorities. This position has the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment, with time worked both on campus as well as remotely.
