Grants Manager

Job Summary: Community Smiles Dental (CSD) is seeking a mission-driven and team-oriented Grants Manager to join our team and focus on increasing agency impact and revenues by maintaining the full grant management cycle from pre- to post-grant award. This includes managing the full proposal and grant life cycle process, such as researching funding opportunities, competitive selection, solicitation, grant writing, award monitoring, post-award support to ensure compliance, and analyzing and reporting grant financial data. This role will also support the organization's donor engagement by producing impactful written content, participating in development events, and contributing to the success of an upcoming capital campaign. Stewardship of foundation partners is a key component of this position. The Grants Manager will play an important role in our programmatic and financial sustainability and will be an integral member of our fund development team.
