Our SE Wisconsin Chapter Garners AFP Global 2021 Designations!

Strengthening our Membership

Every year, AFP honors chapters for achieving goals that align with key objectives in its long-range strategic plan. Chapters receive the Ten Star Award for performing specific activities designed to increase professionalism within fundraising and public awareness of the importance of philanthropy. Less than 20 percent of AFP’s 200 professional chapters earn the Ten Star Gold Chapter recognition, making AFPSEWI one of the association’s leading chapters around the world. 

Additionally, The Southeast Wisconsin Chapter has been awarded the IDEA Champion Designation award again this year. We are among only 98 chapters to be given this distinct honor. The 2021 IDEA Champion Designation recognizes those chapters who have accomplished many of the key objectives in AFP Global’s goal of advancing diversity. Thank you for all that you do in supporting our chapter's initiatives and for your commitment to increasing inclusion, diversity, equity, and access in the fundraising profession.
