The leaves are blushing, apple trees bend heavy against their fruit, and sweaters unfold. It’s a time to look both forward and back. Build a campfire with neighbors. Play in the leaves. AND, join 500 of your friends and colleagues at National Philanthropy Day to celebrate the giving hearts that devote time, talent and treasure to our community!

On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, AFP Southeastern WI will recognize outstanding philanthropic leaders at the 40th Annual National Philanthropy Day luncheon at the Downtown Milwaukee Hyatt. The event is presented by our friends at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation and sponsored by the Milwaukee Business Journal. 

In its 40th year, this event reminds us of the rich history of philanthropy in our region, as well as a vision of what’s to come. Honorees represent a wide variety of contributions and the AFP is honored to tell their stories at this special event.

This year, guests can spend a little extra time getting to know the honorees, sponsors, and mingling with friends at the pre-event reception adjacent to the banquet hall. Bring your donors and co-workers, and enjoy the opportunity to “give thanks” to those who have done so much for our community.
