Chapter Scholarships Available 

We’re starting to see signs of life.  Whether it’s returning to the office after more than a year of working remotely or making plans to hold in-person fundraising events later on this year, we’re getting a glimpse into our post-pandemic reality.  And it’s really exciting.

A little less exciting is knowing that we will be dealing with many of the stressors introduced during COVID for a very long time; most notably the financial strain so many of our nonprofit organizations have been under.  This strain has resulted in tightened budgets impacting everything from staffing to programming.  And all too often these reduced budgets have no room in them for employee professional development.

If you find that cost is preventing you from taking advantage of all AFP has to offer, keep in mind that our Chapter offers a few different scholarships each year.  These include scholarships to attend the AFP International Conference (ICON) and Fundraising Day Wisconsin (FDWI) as well as membership scholarships.  Understanding that this last year has been difficult financially for organizations as well as individuals, we have opened the 2021 membership scholarships up to new, active, or lapsed members.
