The SMARTEST Way to Create a Development Plan - October Education Session

About the Event

Grants, events, major gifts, direct mail appeals, oh my!  Fundraising is often just one of many tasks on a staff member's plate and there are countless ways organizations can meet their revenue goals. How do you determine which fundraising tactics you should actually pursue? Is it possible to provide structure and focus to your development efforts while still creating diversified revenue streams that sustain your mission? What do you do when your board member comes to you with another new idea?

If you have ever asked yourself these questions, join us for an engaging workshop where we explore how to create a development plan that prioritizes your time and energy while also improving ROI and meeting big goals.
